Working Principle Of Spiral Classifier

Spiral classifier is according to the principle of solid grain’s size is different, the proportion is different, thus the settling rate is different in the liquid, it is a classification equipment of the thin ore grain overflow from the water, the coarse ore grain sinks in the tank bottom, pushed by spiral to the upper and discharge. It can filter the powder from the grinding mill, and then put the coarse material into the inlet of mill machine by spiral blade rotary vane, and discharge the fine filtering material from the overflow pipe. The machine base uses U-steel, and the body welded together by the steel plate. The head, roller of the spiral shaft use pig iron sets, wear-resistant and durable, lifting device is divided into two types of electric and manual.
