Contact adsorption drying is combined by two types of drying:
鈶爐raditional contact drying, using the heat conduction of the heating solid surface, make water evaporate;
鈶adsorption drying (also called " Dehumidification drying "), affected by the concentration gradient between the material and the adsorbent material, driven to moisture transfer.
There is a very common program of contact adsorption drying is mixing the solid adsorbent with the material which is dried, when the expected mass transfer occurs, separate these two kinds of neurogen; and then, regenerate the solid sorbent to make it return to the process . Clearly, if the adsorbent can easily regeneration and reuse, it can measure the reasonableness of contact adsorption drying from a technical point of view.
This is used to processe feed in the rotary, belt, and box-type tunnel dryer as well as traditional fluidized bed dryer, the dryer can be used to dry the particulate materials of high humidity content.
