Dryer’s problems and solutions

Taida’s technicians summed up some problems and solutions during dryer work based on their years installed experience:
First,materialis not expected to go
Reason:
1, drying equipment is improper installation, gas leakage or the installation is wrong;
2, drying equipment have problems on design , wind pressure is not enough.
Solution:
1, Examine the problems at the installation based on installation drawings, check whether the pipeline interfaces leaking;
2, and manufacturers solve the problem.
Second, separator chimney discharging
Reason:
1, separator is too small;
2, separator design have problems;
3, wind pressure calculation is error.
Solution:
1, replace or modified separator;
2, consultation with the factory;
3, consultation with the factory.
Third, drying equipment waste of fuel
Reason:
1, equipment is poor on insulation properties;
2, device design principles have problems;
3, furnace’s design or manufacturehave problems.
Solution:
1, pack a layer of insulating material, improve the working conditions of drying equipment;
2,request improvement the factory;
3, to obtain a more reasonable stove drawings for factory.
