Drying Theory Of Drying Equipment

Drying process of drying equipment is the process of transmiting heat to water materials, make the water in the materials phase transition into steam and separate with the material.

Drying material includes two basic processes: first is the process of heating material and making water gasification, and then is the mass transfer process of steam spread to the gas phase. But for the process of water in material use the proliferation transported to the surface of material is the the process of mass transfer within material. Therefore, heat and mass transfer is simultaneous in the drying process, both of them are interaction and mutually constraining. This is the same features of all the  drying equipment.
