This series of coal gasifiers is a new generation of intelligent high-effect environment-friendly products put forward by our company, which have developed from and taken good advantage of dry-type ash-disposal coal furnace , in which patent deslagging structure is used.
Characteristics: special ash pan, furnace wall always protected by slags; strong effect of slag damaging, slag loosing and ventilation; disposing foundamentally the concept that gas furnace is the same as pressure vessel; heating tempreture autocontroled. The gasifier is widely used in the enviroment-friendly and energy-saving technological renovation of gas-processing heating furnace, gas forging furnace, gas crucible furnace, gas mold furnace, grilled ladle gas furnace, sand resin heating gas regenerater, glass melting gas furnace, ceramic gas furnace, as well as smoke exausting refractory kiln and tunnel kiln.
1)Convient to Remove Slags: QM-2 wet-type slag removing coal gasifier series if placed on ground level, ashes can be disposed conviently,and humane operation is garanteed.
2)Applying to continual and cyclical manufacturing at the same time: 24 hours a day of continuous work, without stopping to remove slags a Java-air distribution, once-and-for-all air distribution.
3)Easy to Operate: coal adding time by the tempreture degree indication at the gas exit, needless of operation experince.
4)Long Service Time: a unique pagoda-style heat-resistant cast iron furnace grate with once-and-for-all air distribution at the same time cooling the grate, the temprature of which maitained at between 150℃ and 250℃ and the service time of the grate largely extended.
5)Maintenance Easy: all the components of the furnace body are weld parts, so one welder is enough to complete furnace maintenance on the spot and the repairing time is short; if a hole is reserved in advance from which the repairman can enter conveniently, all the repair work can be done inside without dismantling the body and 8 hours is enough to finish the all maintenance tasks which will not affect the peak production.
6)Double Safety Control, Safer to Use: safety is the lifeline of the enterprise, so the safety of the equipment chosen has been paid closest attention; at all the slag removing places of QM-2 coal grasifier, extensive waterseal explosion preventing grooves are set pervasively; at the time of pressure rising, the pressure can be released in time and the explosion protection is delicate and effective. This is the first safety control. The second safety control is dedicated gas releasing and exausting equipment, which should be opened when the furnace stops in order to exaust the gas gathered in the main pipe and prevent the gas from being sucked back into the bore to explode when meeting fire.
7)More Uniform Combustion: it has strong ability to break slags, which drop evenly along the circle of the slag pan; coal layers move downwards and does not lead to uneven coal burning as a result of the uneven seam desity of coal.
8)More Uniform Coal Distribution: at the coal adding place spacing devices were installed to prevent the cone valve from deviating resulting in unven coal burning.
9)Gasification More Complete: special pagoda-type grate ventilation system, with more uniform air distribution, more uniform and thourough combustion, direct combination of vapour acting as gas agent with air, vapour used more completely and gasification rate improved more efficiently to over 90%.
